Monday 27th April 2009 We manufacture and sell the eye drops which dissolve cataracts which were featured on the Richard & Judy Show back in 2003: www.ethos.ag Patrysys offered us the very competitive rate of 1.9% charges to process all our on-line transactions for us - and now we know why! Over the period of a couple of weeks, transaction summaries listed below, Patrasys took over £7,000 from our customers for their orders. As always, we shipped the orders to our customers and waited to receive the money in our bank account from Patrasys as we usual do from our merchant providers. We waited... and we waited... and we waited... and no money arrived... We then tried to make contact with Patrasys but to no avail. Our customers have received over £7,000 worth of products... Patrasys have received over £7,000 of our money... and I cannot get one single reply out of them regarding this matter. How can Patrasys still be allowed to process credit card payments is beyond belief as MasterCard and Visa both have very strict rules regarding ripping people off so beware - they won't be in business for very much longer and if they have been withholding a 5% rolling reserve from your sales I would not expect that you'll ever see that back again either!
